Getting Started

How do I add a book to my library?
Go to My Library and click "Add Book". You can enter details manually or search by ISBN to auto-fill book information.
Can I import my books from Goodreads?
Yes! Go to Profile → Import Tools → Goodreads Import. Upload your Goodreads CSV export and we'll import your books.
How do I track my reading progress?
Open any book from your library and use the Reading Tracker to log your reading sessions with pages read.

Subscription & Billing

What's included in the free plan?
Free users can track up to 100 books, log reading sessions, and view basic statistics.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Visit your Profile page and click "Upgrade to Pro". Choose monthly or yearly billing.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Profile → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Web purchases: Contact support within 7 days. iOS: Request through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com

Features

What is the Discover feature?
Discover lets you search millions of books from Google Books and add them directly to your library or wishlist.
How does Photo Scan work?
Take a photo of a book cover or barcode, and we'll automatically identify the book and fill in its details.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Pro users can export their library to Excel or CSV from My Library → Export.

Account & Privacy

How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use Firebase (Google Cloud) with encryption for all data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I use Librora on multiple devices?
Yes! Sign in with the same account and your library syncs automatically.
