By accessing or using Librora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Librora is a personal book tracking and reading management application that allows you to manage your book collection, track reading progress, and view reading statistics.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious content or code
  • Abuse or harass other users

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create (notes, reviews, etc.). By using Librora, you grant us a license to store and display this content as necessary to provide the service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Free tier: Limited to 100 books and basic features
  • Pro subscription: Unlimited books and all features
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings
  • Refunds are handled according to the platform's refund policy (App Store/web)

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Librora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app.
